The Pat Green Heating & Cooling Assured Comfort Plan was created with you the customer in mind. Choose between 4 different plans tailored to your needs to help PREVENT future problems and costs. Your Panama City air conditioning and/or heating unit is just like your car and needs to be maintained and preventive service is a must for efficiency and longevity.
The majority of air conditioning and heating problems we find are caused from lack of preventive maintenance. Let’s face it, keeping your car “tuned up” saves money on fuel and repairs – The same applies to your air conditioning and heating equipment. Breakdowns can be costly and energy bills are constantly going up!
We have tailored a plan to solve this problem. It’s called our ASSURED COMFORT PLAN, a fancy name for a very simple program, here’s how it works:
DURING OUR THOROUGH “TUNE UP AND CLEANING” OF YOUR SYSTEM, WE WILL:
- Lubricate all moving parts as needed
- Check the refrigerant charge
- Clean the condenser coil
- Inspect the evaporator coil
- Check and calibrate the thermostat
- Flush the drain line
- Vacuum the drain pan
- Add algaecide tablets to the drain pan
- Clean your washable air filter or replace filter if provided by homeowner
- Measure the voltage and amperage on all major electrical components
- Clean the burners and heat exchanger (gas and oil only)
- Test all safety controls
- Check the system through a complete cycle checking the total operation
Benefits of the Assured Comfort Plan
Some of the tune up procedures are performed on a seasonal basis. Any parts used will be billed separate (at the discounted price), and as always, will be approved through you, the homeowner first.
We’re the experts when it comes to your heating and cooling comfort. This plan won’t prevent all problems but is designed to prevent problems caused when a system is ignored until it “quits”. With proper maintenance, any system should work better and last longer!
